  • Reprimand Against Cicorel Holding SA By The SWX Swiss Exchange

    The SWX Swiss Exchange has issued a reprimand with publication against Cicorel Holding SA, Boudry, Neuchâtel, for violation of provisions of the Listing Rules. The reprimand of the SWX refers in particular to the incorrect indication of the date of corporate takeovers and their incorrect declaration in the cash flow statement.
