(Japan, SEDOL: 6597302, GICS: Industrials, GICS Code: 20107010) a member of the S&P/TOPIX150 and S&P Japan 500 indices, shares will increase by 130,575,481 to 1,714,291,178 due to the public offering and the exercise of convertible bonds.
