  • CBOT Agricultural Complex Volume Continues To Grow - Electronic AG And Total Wheat Volumes Set Records

    The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) announced today that volume in its Agricultural products continues to grow, as the Exchange experienced its third best trading day for the complex on Thursday, September 28. A total of 781,713 Ag futures and options contracts changed hands at the CBOT that day.

    Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, September 29, 2006: Golden Peaks Resources Ltd. (TSXVN:GL) will be removed from the index. The company will graduate to the TSX to trade under the same ticker symbol.
