CME Group Statement On Sentinel Management Group, Inc. And CME Financial Safeguards System

CME Group today provided the following comment on Sentinel Management Group, Inc. and its determination to cease acceptance of new investment funds or redemptions. CME Group also confirmed that its clearing member firms have continued to meet all of their obligations to CME Clearing and remain in good standing. Sentinel has notified the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) that it will not accept additional funds for investment and that it will not make redemptions at this time.

KCBT Wheat Contract Rule Changes Approved By CFTC - Changes Effective With July 2008 Wheat Futures Contract Month

The Kansas City Board of Trade has received approval from the Commodity Futures Trading Commission for revisions to its hard red winter wheat contract. On June 20, KCBT members voted to approve the changes, which were first proposed by the Wheat Contract Committee, then forwarded to the Board of Directors prior to the member vote.

Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Tuesday, August 14, 2007: Independent Nickel Corp. (TSXVN:INI) will be removed from the index. The company will graduate to trade on the TSX under the same ticker symbol.

Warsaw Stock Exchange: More Companies On The NewConnect Authorised Advisers List

On 8 August 2007, the WSE Management Board adopted a resolution enlarging the group of Authorised Advisers to the NewConnect market. Their number has risen to 41. Authorised Advisers will prepare issuers for an entry to the NewConnect market and support them by providing expertise in the early phase of trading in the market.
