Share Changes For Macquarie Infrastructure Group In The S&P/ASX 50 Index
Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/ASX 50 Index effective after the close of trading Friday September 9th 2005: Macquarie Infrastructure Group (Australia, SEDOL: 6456942, GICS Code: 20305020) a member of the S&P/ASX 50 Index will increase its shares to 2,356,902,720. This change is due to an Institutional Share Placement.

SEC: Visiting Academic Scholars Appointed To The Office Of Economic Analysis
The Securities and Exchange Commission's Office of Economic Analysis today announced the appointment of Dr. Bjorn Jorgensen as a Visiting Academic Scholar for a one-year term. NZX August Operating Metrics
New Zealand Exchange Limited (NZX) today released its August 2005 operating metrics. NZX releases operating metrics on the first Tuesday of each month prior to the start of trading at 10am. These metrics compare the current period to the corresponding period of the previous year to account for seasonal fluctuations (i.e., reporting periods) that impact market activity.

NYSE Eliminates Direct+ Order Size And Frequency Limits For ETF Trading - Investors Now Have Greater Access To Market Of Choice For ETFs
The Securities and Exchange Commission has approved amendments removing order size and frequency restrictions for all ETF trading on the New York Stock Exchange via Direct+SM. As of Sept. 1, the NYSE amended Rules 13 and 1005, allowing automatic execution of any order regardless of size and time frequency, respectively.

NASD Issues Alert On Financial Scams Targeting Non-U.S. Investors - Fraudsters Use Fake Regulator Web Sites And False Broker Identities To Dupe Investors
NASD today warned non-U.S. investors about sophisticated investment scams that use phony "regulator" Web sites and fake broker identities to prey on investors unfamiliar with U.S. securities products, markets and regulations. These scams target individuals in countries such as Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and elsewhere, who have lost money in a previous investment deal and are eager to reverse their losses.
