Savings Bonds Worth THB20.2 Bln. To List On Thailand’s Bond Electronic Exchange Sep. 9
The SET has approved the listing of two tranches of savings bonds worth THB20.2 bln. (approx. USD 0.5 bln.), on the Bond Electronic Exchange (BEX). These bonds will use “SB119A” and “SB149A” as their trading symbols and will commence trading on September 7, 2005.

NYSE Foundation Donates $1 Million To Aid Hurricane Katrina Relief Efforts - Foundation To Also Match Member And Employee Donations
The New York Stock Exchange Foundation, the private philanthropic foundation of the NYSE, today announced a $1 million donation to the American Red Cross toward relief efforts in the wake of Hurricane Katrina. Additionally, the NYSE Foundation will match individual donations made to the American Red Cross by Exchange members and employees.

Deutsche Börse Acquires 51 Percent Stake In Azdex Limited - Market Data & Analytics Expands Services To Cover Counterparty Data - Transaction To Be Closed Mid September
Deutsche Börse is expanding its market data and analytics services to cover counterparty data: The company announced on Wednesday it will acquire a 51 percent stake in Azdex Limited, a UK provider of business entity data content and services established in 2003. CME Foundation Announces Hurricane Katrina Relief Efforts
As part of the nationwide relief effort to help the people of Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama and Florida in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina, the CME Foundation has approved a $250,000 contribution to the American Red Cross and will match donations from members and employees up to $50,000 for a total possible donation of $300,000.
