Tallinn Stock Exchange: Safekeeping And Administration Of Estonian Securities Simplified For Finnish Investors
As of this week, the change in the data processing rules of the Estonian CSD takes effect, which allows for the transfer of securities between the Estonian (EVK) and Finnish (APK) depositories. The Estonian CSD also introduced into use the SWIFT (Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication) message standard for performing operations that are related to the EVK–APK link.

Standard & Poor’s Announces Changes To U.S. Index
Quality Systems Inc. (NASD:QSII) will replace SS&C Technologies Inc. (NASD:SSNC) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading Tuesday, November 22. SS&C is being acquired by the Carlyle Group in a deal expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals.
