Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. (NYSE/Nasdaq: CME) and CBOT Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: BOT) today announced that they have revised the terms of their definitive merger agreement to increase the consideration CBOT shareholders will receive in the merger by increasing the exchange ratio from 0.350 to 0.375 shares of CME Holdings common stock for each share of CBOT Holdings common stock. The revised agreement has been approved by the boards of directors of both companies.

HKFE Announces Revised Margins For HKEx Futures Contract

Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), announced that with effect from the commencement of trading on Tuesday, 10 July 2007, the minimum margins to be collected by an Exchange Participant from its clients in respect of their dealings in the following futures contract will be as outlined in the table below. The adjustments are based on the clearing company's normal procedures and standard margining methodology.

Estonian Securities Market In The Second Quarter Of 2007

Active trading continued on the Tallinn Stock Exchange, facilitated by the listing of two new companies and the dividend payment period of companies. The number of stock exchange transactions increased three times in the second quarter of this year (33,342 transactions compared to 10,892 transactions in the same period of 2006) and the turnover of the stock exchange was MEUR 454 (MEUR 231 in the same period of 2006).
