The Federal Reserve Board on Friday approved an advance notice of proposed rulemaking (ANPR) inviting comment on conceptual frameworks for capital standards that could apply to systemically important insurance companies and to insurance companies that own a bank or thrift. The standards would differ for each group.

Schaeffler AG To Be Included In MDAX - Deutsche Börse Reviews Index Composition - Changes To Be Effective As Of 20 June 2016

On Friday, Deutsche Börse announced changes to its selection indices, which will become effective on 20 June 2016. The shares of Schaeffler AG will be included in the MDAX index and will replace the shares of Wincor Nixdorf AG, which will move to SDAX. The exclusion of Wincor Nixdorf is based on the fast exit rule; the shares no longer fulfill the market capitalization requirements to remain in the MDAX index.

Zloch of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida (Fort Lauderdale) entered an Order of Default Final Judgment (Order) against Defendant Rico Omar Cox (a.k.a. Omar Negron) (Cox) of Dania Beach, Florida, requiring restitution of $381,000 and imposing a $560,000 civil monetary penalty for defrauding his clients in connection with commodity futures trading.
