    The Management Board and the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Börse AG recommend that shareholders of Deutsche Börse accept the offer made by HDLCO123 PLC (“HoldCo”). Both boards believe that the consideration offered by HoldCo is appropriate and fair to its shareholders and the merger of Deutsche Börse and London Stock Exchange Group plc is in the best interest of Deutsche Börse and its shareholders.

    The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), last week with the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA), represented by its subsidiary, the UAE Computer Emergency Response Team (aeCERT). ae CERT is an initiative launched by the TRA to improve the standards and practices of information security, and protect the Information Technology infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). It aims at supporting and ensuring a safer cyber space of the UAE.

To add legitimacy to the scheme, the offerings are sometimes linked to foreign bonds. The schemes entice investors with promises of profits as high as 40% per month.
