Industry Survey Highlights Lack Of Progress In Renegotiation Of Libor-Based Contracts

• 85% had contracts that reference Libor and have termination dates beyond 2021
• 58% suggested it was both the lender and the borrower’s responsibility to highlight that a contract may be impacted by Libor's discontinuation
• 38% described their progress in renegotiating contracts as ‘not having started’
• Just 11% of derivatives users have contracts which reference Libor that all include fallback language
