ASIC: Former Sydney FX Trader Sentenced For Falsifying Trading Entries

Former Sydney Deutsche Bank FX options and futures trader, Andrew Donaldson, has been sentenced in the District Court in Sydney to 18 months imprisonment after pleading guilty to falsifying entries in Deutsche Bank's internal financial records and systems.

The price differential of the Good Delivery material for the February 2019 contract month in the RSS Rubber market has be determined as follows,
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.2 of the Rubber Delivery Detailed Rules, the price differential between the Good Delivery materials RSS No.3 and the non-standard grade RSS No.4 for the February 2019 contract month shall be -3.0 yen/kg.

At the end of the settlement date of January 31, 2019, short interest in 2,356 Nasdaq Global Market securities totaled 7,606,776,760 shares compared with 7,709,895,034 shares in 2,365 Global Market issues reported for the prior settlement date of January 15, 2019. The end-of-December short interest represents 3.99 days average daily Nasdaq Global Market share volume for the reporting period, compared with 3.70 days for the prior reporting period.

BSX Introduces One-Time Fee For Long Term International Debt And ILS Issues

The Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX) has announced the introduction of a Comprehensive Annual Fee Option in respect to the Listing Fees of International Debt and Insurance Linked Securities products. This comes in direct response to market demand and is in keeping with the steady acceleration in the number of new international debt listings (high yield notes/intercompany loan note transactions) and insurance linked securities (ILS) listing on the BSX over the last three years.

Nasdaq Agrees To Sell BWise® To SAI Global

Nasdaq, Inc. (Nasdaq: NDAQ) announced today that it has entered into an agreement to sell BWise® to SAI Global Pty Limited (“SAI Global”), a recognized leader of integrated risk management solutions. The closing of this transaction is subject to regulatory approvals, works council and other representative body consultations and notifications in applicable jurisdictions, and customary closing conditions, and is projected to occur in the first half of 2019.
