Nadex d/b/a OG.com Markets refiled its Market Maker Combo Incentive Program under CFTC Regulation 40.6(a) to provide further clarity regarding the program. The program provides incentives to market makers that achieve specified maker-share thresholds in combo contracts, with qualifying resting maker fills eligible for incentives during weekly review periods. The program is scheduled to become effective on October 23, 2026.

Nadex d/b/a OG.com Markets submitted multiple CFTC Regulation 40.2(a) self-certifications for cash-settled perpetual futures contracts for Bitcoin (BTC). The contracts are USD-settled perpetual index futures designed to track the underlying spot digital asset price through periodic funding-rate cash adjustments between long and short position holders. The products are margined and FCM-intermediated, requiring customers to access the contracts through a CFTC-registered FCM (or an IB connected to an FCM).
