Pacific Exchange Elects New Governors

The Pacific Exchange (PCX) has announced that, at its annual meeting held on January 24, its members elected J. Steven Noonan, Vice President, SLK-Hull Derivatives, LLC, as Vice Chair-elect of the PCX Board of Governors. Noonan succeeds Paul J. Roesler, Lead Market Maker for Equitec-Cole Roesler, LLC, who will serve as Vice Chair of the Board for 2002. Noonan, who will serve as Vice Chair in 2003, was also elected as a Floor Governor of the Exchange.
