Palestinian Stock Exchange Trading Hours Change

From Sunday October 31, the Palestinian Exchange moved from 3 to 4 trading sessions a week. The trading sessions are Sunday through Wednesday from 9 a.m. - 12 noon.

In cooperation with participants, the data in all systems were brought into line again and made available for the opening of trading on Monday morning. Trading on Monday opened on schedule at 9.00 a.m. During the opening, 8000 trades totalling CHF 600 million were completed. New Crude Price Indicator Launched

From tonight trade-weighted average prices for each Brent Crude futures contract month will be published on the IPE web-site. The initiative follows requests from a number of market participants who see the new price indicator as a potential new benchmark for the oil industry.

NYMEX Board Votes To Lower Delivery Discount For Forties Blend And Create Qua Iboe Premium

The New York Mercantile Exchange board of directors has voted to decrease the discount received for delivery of Forties from $.35 per barrel to $.30 per barrel and to create a premium of $.05 per barrel for delivery of Qua Iboe.
