Standard & Poor’s Announces Change To U.S. Index

S&P REIT Composite constituent Health Care REIT, Inc. (NYSE:HCN) will replace Ceridian Corp. (NYSE:CEN) in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading on Thursday, November 8. Ceridian is being acquired by Thomas H. Lee Partners and S&P MidCap 400 constituent Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE:FNF) in a deal that is expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals.
