Highest-Ever Daily Trading Value In Cairo & Alexandria Stock Exchanges History

CASE has recorded its highest-ever trading value per day (excluding large prearranged deals) on the 12th of March 2008, amounting to LE 4.3 billion. Likewise, the volume traded has reached 161 million securities executed over 78 thousand transactions, while the market capitalization has recorded LE 935 billion. This in turn has positively affected CASE 30 index, which broke the threshold of 11500 points for the first time since inception, to close at 11546.11 points.
