IDEAcarbon Rates Joint Implementation Projects

The Carbon Rating Agency, a dedicated ratings subsidiary of IDEAcarbon, has released the first set of ratings for Joint Implementation (JI) projects under JI guidelines. The Ratings include the first ever projects to reach final determination status as well as projects without final determination.
Athens Exchange: Short Selling Notification Obligation

According to Decision no. 485/23 by the BoD of the Capital Market Commission, dated September 23, 2008 physical or legal entities that open a short position over a particular share that exceeds 0.10% of a listed company’s total number of shares, amongst others, must immediately, notify this position to Athens Exchange (and in any case by no later than 17:00 hours local time next day). DTCC Launches New Global Reconciliation Service For The Syndicated Loan Market

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) today announced the launch of its Loan/SERV Reconciliation Service that will help automate and streamline the processing of syndicated commercial loans by enabling agent banks and lenders to view and reconcile loan positions on a daily basis.
