(CNPC-AM), Tianjin Property Rights Exchange (TPRE) and Chicago Climate Exchange (CCX) announced the opening of the headquarter offices of the Tianjin Climate Exchange (TCX), China’s first integrated exchange for trading of environmental financial instruments.
