Istanbul Stock Exchange announced today that, Aril Seren , after 21 years in office as the Senior Vice Chairman, is retiring as of 31 December 2009. During early '90's he took the initiative to establish FEAS together with eleven Regional Exchanges of EuroAsia. During the inauguration meeting of FEAS, he was appointed as the Secretary General . Ar1l Seren will continue serving as the Secretary General of FEAS.
