The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today announced that it obtained a preliminary injunction against defendants Matthew B. Pizzolato, formerly of Tickfaw, La., William C. Guidry of Plano, Texas, and Capital Funding Consultants, L.L.C. (Capital Funding) of Covington, La.
