  • SEC: Fee Rate Advisory #3 For Fiscal Year 2013

    The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that starting on May 25, 2013, the fee rates applicable to most securities transactions will decrease from $22.40 per million dollars to $17.40 per million dollars. The assessment on security futures transactions will remain unchanged at $0.0042 for each round turn transaction.

  • New Service Provider For The Operation Of The CSA National Systems

    The Canadian Securities Administrators (CSA) are pleased to announce that a new service agreement has been entered into with CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants Inc. (CGI) pursuant to which CGI will take over the hosting, operation and maintenance of the System for Electronic Documents Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR), the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI) and the National Registration Database (NRD) (collectively, the CSA National Systems) later this year when the agreement with the current service provider expire.

  • CBOE Holdings Statement On Today's Trading Issue

    CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) statement regarding this morning's trading issue:

    This morning, a system issue delayed the opening of options trading at Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) from 8:30 a.m. until 11:50 a.m. CT. Trading at C2 Options Exchange (C2), CBOE Futures Exchange (CFE) and CBOE Stock Exchange (CBSX) opened as scheduled. The malfunction that impacted CBOE was an internal systems issue and not the result of any outside influence. The issue, which affected validation of certain orders and the communication of cancel/fill reports, has been corrected.
