Ripple Collaborates With Archax To Bring Hundreds Of Millions Of Dollars Of Tokenized Real-World Assets To The XRP Ledger

Ripple, the leader in enterprise blockchain and crypto solutions, and Archax, the UK’s first Financial Conduct Authority regulated digital asset exchange, broker and custodian, today announced an extension to their existing collaboration which is expected to bring hundreds of millions of dollars of tokenized real world assets (RWAs) onto the XRP Ledger (XRPL) over the coming year and establish the XRPL as one of the leading blockchains for RWA tokenization.

Asadej Kongsiri Appointed As 14th SET President

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)'s Board of Governors today unanimously appointed Asadej Kongsiri to be the exchange's 14th president for a four-year term effective from September 19, 2024. His appointment followed a comprehensive selection process. He will commence work on August 1, 2024, in transition prior to his official role.

Japan Securities And Exchange Surveillance Commission: Recommendation For Administrative Monetary Penalty Payment Orders Against A Person For Insider Trading And An Employee For Giving Insider Information While Their Company Negotiated An Agreement With Stream Media Corporation

1. Contents of the Recommendation
The Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission today made a recommendation to the Prime Minister and the Commissioner of the Financial Services Agency that administrative monetary penalty payment orders be issued in regard to insider trading by one person and also an employee providing insider information about their company, which was negotiating to enter into an agreement with Stream Media Corporation (“SMC”), pursuant to Article 20 (1) of the Act for Establishment of the Financial Services Agency. This recommendation is based on the findings of an investigation into a suspected instance of insider trading and providing insider information whereby the following violations of laws and ordinances were identified. -

Pursuant to the Trading Rules of China Financial Futures Exchange and relevant detailed implementation rules, the last trading day of a CSI 300 Index futures, SSE 50 Index futures, CSI 500 Index futures, CSI 300 Index options, CSI 1000 Index futures, CSI 1000 Index options, and SSE 50 Index options contract is the third Friday of the expiry month. Where the last trading day is a public holiday or trading of that contract is suspended on that day for extraordinary situations or other reasons, the last trading day shall be postponed to the following trading day. Accordingly, the last trading day of IF2406, IH2406, IC2406, IO2406(CSI 300 Index options contracts expiring in June 2024), IM2406,MO2406(CSI 1000 Index options contracts expiring in June 2024),and HO2406(SSE 50 Index options contracts expiring in June 2024) is June 21, 2024.
