MIAX Exchange Group - Options & Equities Markets - Reminder: Reg SCI / SIFMA BCP Test On Saturday, October 5, 2024

As previously announced in the April 3, 2024, September 10, 2024 and September 16, 2024 Alerts, the MIAX Exchange Group will be participating in the 2024 SIFMA BCP Testing on Saturday, October 5, 2024. All Members that are required to test with MIAX Options, MIAX Pearl Options, MIAX Emerald Options and/or MIAX Pearl Equities Exchanges in accordance with Regulation Systems Compliance and Integrity (Regulation SCI) were notified on April 2nd and April 3rd, 2024. However, all Members are encouraged to test.

MNI Indicators: Chicago Business Barometer™ - Augmented To 46.6 In September - September 2024 Report

The Chicago Business Barometer™, produced with MNI, rose slightly by 0.5 points to 46.6 in September. The Barometer has now been in a tight range between 45.3-47.4 for four consecutive months. The Barometer has remained in contractionary territory for 24 of the past 25 months.

UK Financial Conduct Authority And Prudential Regulation Authority Appoint New Chair Of The Financial Services Compensation Scheme
