Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange,: Announcement On Adjustments To Maximum Size Of One Trading Order For Option Products

According to Article 25 of the Options Trading Rules of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange(ZCE) has decided upon discussion that from the night trading session of September 17, 2025, the maximum size of one limit order for option products will be adjusted to 200 lots, and the maximum size of one market order for option products will be adjusted to 5 lots.

Gemini Announces Pricing Of Initial Public Offering

Gemini Space Station, Inc. ("Gemini"), a global crypto platform, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 15,178,572 shares of Class A common stock at a public offering price of $28.00 per share. In connection with the offering, Gemini and the selling stockholders intend to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 300,565 and 458,364 shares of Class A common stock, respectively, to cover over-allotments. Gemini will not receive any proceeds from any sale of shares by the selling stockholders. Gemini's Class A common stock is expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on September 12, 2025 under the ticker symbol "GEMI" and the offering is expected to close on September 15, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

Shanghai Gold Exchange: Announcement On Switchover To Disaster Recovery Data Center

To more effectively manage our critical IT systems and ensure business continuity, the Shanghai Gold Exchange will conduct a scheduled system switchover on September 16-17. During this period, the trading system will switch from the production data center to the disaster recovery data center. Switchback to the primary data center will take place when appropriate.
