    On 10 August, after a period of four months, the SBI index again exceeded the level of 1,806 points and even reached 1,922 points by the end of August.     The New York Mercantile Exchange today announced that all Exchange metals markets will open an hour later tomorrow due to inclement weather conditions. The revised opening times are as follows: Aluminum Futures and Options: 8:50 A.M. Palladium Futures: 9:10 A.M. Copper Futures and Options 9:10 A.M. Platinum Futures and Options: 9:20 A.M. Gold Futures and Options: 9:20 A.M. Silver Futures and Options 9:25 A.M. The FTSE Eurotop 100 will open at its regularly scheduled time of 5 A.M.
