New Options To ASAS Rights British Steel/Koninklij

Provided that the bid for depositary receipts for Koninklijke Hoogovens N.V. shares becomes unconditional, as from Wednesday 6 October 1999 ASAS rights to British Steel/ Koninklijke Hoogovens shares will be listed on Amsterdam Exchanges’ stock market. MEFF Renta Variable Initial Margins and Extended Trading Hours

At close of market session for next Friday September 24th, the Valuation Interval used to calculate Initial Margins will decrease from 800 to 700 Index points. From September 27th, the trigger for additional intra-day margins (margin call) is set at 550 Index points.

Change To Standard Tick Sizes For Shares Traded On AEX Stock Market

On Friday 1 October, Amsterdam Exchanges' stock market will introduce a new standard for tick sizes for shares. The adjusted tick sizes will be based on the closing price of each share on Thursday 30 September. The standard tick size for a share is dependent on the share's absolute price.
