    Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) will organise a conference aimed at providing potential Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) listing candidates in Mainland China with a greater understanding of the requirements for listing on GEM in Hong Kong. The conference will be held in Beijing on 30 March.     The Boston Stock Exchange (BSE) today became the first regional market center to trade DIAMONDS (Symbol: DIA), exchange-traded securities that are based on the 30 component stocks that comprise the Dow Jones Industrial Average(SM) . Until now, DIAMONDS were only available through The Nasdaq-Amex Market Group(SM).

  • CME E-mini S&P 500, E-mini Nasdaq-100 Futures Set Volume Records - Options On S&P 500 Futures Also Post Volume Record

    E-mini S&P 500 and E-mini Nasdaq-100 futures traded on Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (CME) rose to record levels yesterday, with 201,555 and 154,293 contracts changing hands, respectively. This is the first time that the E-mini S&P 500 stock index futures contract has exceeded 200,000 and the E-mini Nasdaq-100 has surpassed 150,000 contracts.
