Quarterly Review Euronext 100 & Next 150

As a result of the quarterly review of 30 November 2001 the following changes will be effective as of Wednesday 2 January. Because of the recent reclassification of Dutch real estate companies, these stocks are also elegible for the Euronext 100 index and the Next 150 index.

Oil-Giant YUKOS New At NEWEX

First Level ADR´s (American Depository Receipts) of the Russian oil producer Yukos are now being traded at NEWEX (New Europe Exchange) (SIN 632 319). Baader Wertpapierhandelsbank, Munich is acting as lead broker in floor trading. An inclusion into Xetra will soon be conducted, as NEWEX released.
NYFE Changes Time To Conduct Fair Settlement Value

The New York Board of Trade (NYBOT®) announced today that effective December 31, 2001, the New York Futures Exchange, Inc. will close its domestic stock index futures markets on the last trading day of every month at 4:15 p.m. New York Time and settle such contracts at fair value. The change in time is consistent with the same change made by the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Nasdaq: Over 2.4 Million Shares Trade Through The Primex Auction System On First Day Of Operation

The Nasdaq Stock Market® today announced that over 8,100 trades and 2.4 million single counted shares were executed through the Primex Auction System™ on its first trading day. During the initial phase of the Primex Auction System's operation, trading is limited to the 30 stocks in the Dow Jones Industrial Average, including Nasdaq leaders Intel and Microsoft.
HKEX Will Introduce Pre-Opening Session And Index Basket Order Trading Mechanism

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) will introduce a pre-opening session for order matching by single price auction, and reporting overnight and other pre-opening trades. It will also introduce an index basket order trading mechanism.
