Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In S&P Canadian Indices

Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces that effective after the close of business on Friday, December 21, 2001 the relative weights of the companies in the TSE and S&P/TSE Canadian Indices will be adjusted. The relative weight change reflects the quarterly update to the float shares of various companies. Changes to the indices are in accordance with TSE 300 Composite Index Maintenance Policies. CME Contract Specifications Changes: Dry Whey Futures And Options - Deutsche Mark Futures And Options - French Franc Futures And Options

The CME Contract Specifications pages on the CME's Web site have been updated to reflect the following: At its Regular Meeting on December 12, 2001, the Board of Directors approved the delisting of the Dry Whey Futures and Options contracts. The Dry Whey contract has been inactive since December 2000. The delisting was effective December 17, 2001.
