Introduction Of Innogenetics On The Continuous Segment Of Euronext Brussels

iBoxx: Fixed Income Exchange Traded Funds To Be launched

iBoxx Limited and iShares plc have announced an agreement to license iBoxx indices as the basis for Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), to be launched on Deutsche Börse's XTF-Segment. The new products are scheduled for trading early 2003, subject to regulatory approval. iShares is managed by Barclays Global Investors.

Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CME) today announced the successful completion of its initial public offering. The over-allotment option was fully exercised. The company sold 3,712,660 shares of Class A common stock in the initial public offering. Shareholders of the company sold 1,751,070 shares. Net proceeds to the company from the offering are expected to be approximately $117.8 million.
