    Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/CDNX Composite Index: The common shares of Applied Terravision Systems Inc. (CDNX:TER) will be delisted from CDNX after the close of business on Wednesday, April 3, 2002 as a result of an amalgamation agreement between the company and Cognicase Acquistion II Corp.
