Deutsche Börse's private tender offer for the shares in Cedel International has reached the two-thirds majority that was a precondition for the closing of the transaction: As of Monday, 15 April, 83.2 percent of the Cedel shareholders accepted Deutsche Börse's 1.74 billion Euro bid for Cedel. Standard & Poor's Extends Back History on S&P Commodity Index - New Data Reflects Historical Strength Of Commodities

Standard & Poor's today announced the availability of seventeen additional years of historical data on the S&P Commodity Index (SPCI) offering data back to 1970. The historical data includes returns, correlations and volatility calculations and is available on the www.spglobal.com website.

Eurex, the international derivatives market, is now also offering futures on the sector indices Dow Jones STOXX 600 SM Banks and Dow Jones Euro STOXX SM Banks in the U.S..
