    Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Tuesday, February 18, 2003: EAGC Ventures Corp. (TSXVN:YEV) will be removed from the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index. The shares of the company will be delisted from the exchange at that time.
