Helsinki Exchanges: The Listing Committee Will Commence Its Work

The Listing committee of the Helsinki Exchanges will commence its work 1 September. The Listing Committee will decide on the listing of unlisted companies to the Main List, I List and NM List. The purpose of the introduction of the Listing Committee is to increase the representation and expertise of commercial and industrial life and securities markets in the decision making regarding admission to listing.

Helsinki Exchanges: Amendments To The Listing Of Securities And Disclosure Requirements Enter Into Force 1 September

The rule amendments regarding the listing of securities and disclosure requirements at Helsinki Exchanges will enter into force on 1 September, 2002. The amendments increase the transparency of the markets and their aim is to enhance high quality investor information and to ensure an internationally benchmarked equity capital market. The amendments increase the attractiveness and competitiveness of the marketplace Helsinki.

Financial Supervisory Authority To Assume Control Of Take-Over Supervision

As of September 1, the Financial Supervisory Authority shall, with regard to "Securities Market Act" (SMA), exercise supervision and control adequacy of take-over bids to shareholders of companies listed on Tallinn Stock Exchange to valid legislative acts.

Euronext Paris: New Equity Options On Crédit Agricole

As from 2 September 2002, Euronext Paris will open trading in new options on the shares of Crédit Agricole. CME Revises Launch Schedule For S&P SPCTR<sup>™</sup> Futures
