Euronext Amsterdam: New Policy On Listing Measures - More Stringent Publication Requirements In The Event Of Negative Shareholders' Equity

Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Tuesday, May 13, 2003. Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders on September 30, 2002, Globaltex Industries Inc. (TSXVN:GTX) has changed its name to Pine Valley Mining Corporation. The new ticker symbol will be "PVM" and the new CUSIP number will be 72301P 10 9. There is no consolidation of capital.

New York Mercantile Exchange Reschedules Launch Of Weekly And Daily PJM Electricity Futures Contracts

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., today announced that it has rescheduled the launch of its financially settled PJM weekly and daily electricity futures contract to the afternoon of June 26, which starts the trade date of June 27, to provide ample time for technical preparation by the trading community and outside service providers.
