Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited ("HKEx") has noted recent press articles reporting on the establishment of the "Hong Kong Enterprise Exchange" (HKEE), which purported to assist PRC based enterprises to raise capital by way of "listing" on HKEE.
GTS-Traded Securities List On St. Petersburg Stock Exchange

The Listing Committee of St. Petersburg Stock Exchange (SPBEX) has decided that all GTS-traded securities be listed on the Exchange. Thus, effective September 16, 2002, 374 securities of 238 issuers, including "Gazprom" stock, will be traded on SPBEX.

Based upon the September 17th market close, the CBOT® 30-Day Federal Funds futures contract for the October 2002 expiration is currently pricing in a 10 percent probability that the FOMC will lower the target rate by at least 25 basis points from 1-3/4 percent to 1-1/2 percent at the FOMC meeting on September 24 (versus a 90 percent probability of no rate change).
