HKEx Changes Of Designated Securities For Short Selling

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), announces that with effect from 17 May 2005 (Tuesday), 37 additional securities will be eligible for short selling and nine existing designated securities will be removed from the list. The total number of designated securities for short selling will be 266 after the revision.
Enterprise Inns PLC Will Replace ISS A/S In The S&P European Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Europe Plus and S&P United Kingdom Indices effective at the close of trading Wednesday, May 11, 2005: Enterprise Inns PLC (United Kingdom, SEDOL 3387227, GICS: Consumer Discretionary, GICS Code: 25301040) will replace ISS A/S (Denmark, SEDOL 5952816) in the S&P Europe 350 index and will be added in the S&P United Kingdom index, after the close of trading on Wednesday, May 11, 2005. ISS A/S is being deleted

Deutsche Börse AG: Changes To The Boards Of Deutsche Börse AG - Chairman Breuer, Further Members Of The Supervisory Board And CEO Werner Seifert To Leave Deutsche Börse

In its meeting on 9 May 2005, the Supervisory Board of Deutsche Börse AG has mandated the Company's Chairman, Dr. Rolf-E. Breuer, to change the composition of the Supervisory and Executive Boards in order to reflect the new ownership structure of the Company. As a result, three members of the Supervisory Board will resign. Breuer will seek to replace these Board members in a timely fashion, as well as Lord Levene who resigned on April 25. Copenhagen Stock Exchange: ISS A/S To Be Removed From The KFX Portfolio As Of Wednesday May 11, 2005

Based on the expected delisting of ISS A/S, the company will be removed from the KFX portfolio with effect from Wednesday May 11, 2005. The last day of inclusion in KFX is thus tomorrow Tuesday May 10, 2005.
