    The Commodity Futures Trading Commission has announced amendments to its rules which are designed to further expand permissible investments for futures commission merchants (FCMs) and clearinghouses.     The Options Clearing Corporation (OCC) and The Boston Stock Exchange (BSE) announced today that the BSE's Boston Options Exchange trading facility (BOX) has become an OCC participant exchange.
