    Bourse de Montréal Inc. ("Montréal Exchange") established yesterday two new records. The record level of activity on its Ten-year Government of Canada Bond Futures, the CGB, pushed the total volume on the Montréal Exchange to a record high of 164,865 contracts traded in a single day. The previous record of 164,811 contracts was achieved on August 27, 1998.

    Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE) and Standard & Poor' s (S&P) will make the following changes in S&P/TOPIX 150 effective after the close of trading Tuesday, March 11, 2003. Mizuho Holdings (Code: 8305), a member of the S&P/TOPIX150, will be replaced by Mizuho Financial Group (Code: 8411) after the market close of Tuesday, March 11th 2003, as a result of the delisting of the company's shares from the Tokyo Stock Exchange due to the establishment of the holding company by exchanging its shares
