TSX CEO Speech To Federation of European Stock Exchanges Conference In London This Morning

The Federation of European Stock Exchanges (FESE) is holding its 2003 Convention today and tomorrow in London. This year, the conference is organized jointly with the Futures and Options Association (FOA) and the International Securities Market Association (ISMA) within International Derivatives Week.
