EuroCredit MTS Expands Listing Criteria To Address Market Evolution

EuroCredit MTS is pleased to announce the expansion of its listing criteria to include euro-denominated covered bonds of at least € 2 billion in size from benchmark issuers. The move comes in response to a change in market conditions, which has resulted in an evolution of covered bond benchmark definitions.

The American Stock Exchange (Amex) member and non-member organizations today reported short interest of 889,754,339 shares as of the April 15 settlement date, a decrease of 65,439,039 from the 955,193,378 (adjusted) shares reported in mid-March. The April figure represents trades through April 12, 2004.

PEAK6 To Open Trading Post On Pacific Exchange

The Pacific Exchange (PCX) today announced that Chicago-based PEAK6 will become a Lead Market Maker in more than 500 options issues this summer. The firm named Rob Kovell, a former Vice Chairman of the PCX Board of Governors, as its head trader on the West Coast options market.
