Investable Weight Factor Change For Snam Rete Gas In The S&P/MIB Index

Standard & Poor's will change the IWF (Investable Weight Factor) for Snam Rete Gas (Italy, ISIN IT0003153415) a member of the S&P/MIB Index from 0.402 to 0.499 effective at the close of trading Wednesday, April 07, 2004. This is following the sale of ordinary shares by Eni, which has reduced its holding to 50.07 of shares outstanding.

Futures Contracts Based On Dow Jones Industrial Average And Dow Jones Japan Titans 100 Licensed In Indonesia - Now, Indonesian Investors Will Be Able To Trade Futures Contracts Linked To The Performance Of The Indexes

Dow Jones Indexes today announced that it has licensed the Indonesia-based Surabaya Stock Exchange to list exchange-traded futures based on the Dow Jones Industrial Average and the Dow Jones Japan Titans 100 Index. The futures contracts will be launched on April 27 and will be traded between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. West Indonesian Time (9:30 pm and 4:00 am New York Time).

First Cypriot Trading Member On Xetra - Deutsche Börse Further Expands Its Electronic Trading Network - Increasing Attractiveness Of Trading In Russian Stocks

Deutsche Börse has connected NAM Holding Ltd., its first Cypriot trading member, to the pan-European trading platform Xetra. NAM Holding is a subsidiary of ATON Capital, one of the largest Russian investment banks. As well as engaging in proprietary and client trading, NAM Holding will also act as Designated Sponsor on Xetra for 12 Russian stocks from the Russian RTS-Index. This further increases the attractiveness of trading in Russian stocks.

EuroMTS: New EuroBenchmark Treasury Bills Market Boosts Liquidity Of European Treasury Bills Sector

EuroMTS today announced that liquidity has improved markedly across benchmark Treasury bill issues, following the introduction of the EuroBenchmark Treasury Bills Market for French, German, Italian, and Spanish securities with volumes on the market surpassing €500 million in the first two weeks of operation. Copenhagen Stock Exchange: Increased Borrowing Generates Activity On The Mortgage Credit Market

In March, bond trading totalled DKK 641 billion, a rise of 42 per cent on February. The most significant reason for the rise is increased activity on the mortgage credit market, where the turnover grew by 57 per cent to DKK 373 billion.
