CBOE Futures Exchange Sets New Single-Day Trading Record

The CBOE Futures Exchange, LLC (CFE) announced that today's trading volume at CFE set a new single-day record with reported volume of 2,132 futures contracts, eclipsing the previous high of 1,987 contracts traded on August 6, 2004. Today's volume was also the first time that CFE single-day volume surpassed 2,000 contracts traded in one session.
