NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking Stock To Declare Distributions

Nasdaq Global Funds, Inc. (NGF) today announced that a distribution will be made to the holders of record of the NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking Stock (Nasdaq(R): QQQQ) as of March 21, 2006. The amount of the distribution will be determined after the close of business on March 16, 2006, and payment will be made on April 28, 2006.
