Shenzhen Stock Exchange Disciplinary Committee Launched Into Operation

Yesterday, the Disciplinary Committee under the Shenzhen Stock Exchange decided after full deliberation to deliver public denunciation to three local listed companies and their related controlling shareholders, directors, supervisors and top management. The move also signaled the formal operation of the newly-established committee.

HKEx: First Batch Of Zero Strike Derivative Warrants On Non-HK Assets To Be Listed On The Stock Exchange

The first batch of six Market Access Products (MAP) in the form of zero strike Derivative Warrants (DW) on non-Hong Kong (non-HK) underlying assets will be listed tomorrow on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Stock Exchange), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx). Zero strike DW tend to track closely the performance of the underlying assets.
