DGCX Approved As `Recognized Market Operator’ By Monetary Authority Of Singapore

The Exchange Council of Eurex Deutschland and the Exchange Council of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Frankfurter Wertpapierbörse – FWB) were reconstituted on 18 January 2008. The current members of both Exchange Councils were elected on 21 November 2007. Each council consists of 18 members elected for a period of three years.

MICEX Stock Exchange, the leading Russian stock exchange, announces today that at the close of trading on January 22 2008, trading volume in securities totaled RUR 286.89 billion (US$11.64 billion). This is the maximum trading volume achieved in the entire history of the MICEX Stock Exchange, which was launched in March 1997. The previous record of RUR 275.53 billion was registered on November 1 2007.
