    Aiming to improve the investment climate in the Egyptian Stock Market, EGX Board approved rules of arbitration for the settlement of disputes of the capital market in the light of the arbitration rules of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL) and its amendments. The rules aims to settle disputes that arise between the parties to the different market as a voluntary consent of the parties.

    German Pellets GmbH is issuing a corporate bond in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The bond with the ISIN DE000A13R5N7 can be subscribed from today until 24 November 2014, subject to early termination of subscription. It has an issue volume of up to €100 million with an option to increase by up to €30 million. The corporate bond runs for five year and has a coupon rate of 7.25 percent. Its nominal denomination is €1,000.
