- Securities Market

• The average daily turnover for the first five months of 2014 was $65,208 million, a decrease of 4 per cent when compared with $68,255 million for the same period last year.
• There were 34* newly listed companies for the first five months of 2014, an increase of 89 per cent when compared with the 18* for the same period last year.
• Funds raised through IPOs for the first five months of 2014 was $58,826 million, an increase of 65 per cent when compared with $35,756 million for the same period last year.
