Japan's Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission: Recommendation For Administrative Action Based On Findings Of The Inspection Of Deutsche Securities Inc.
1. Contents of the recommendation
Pursuant to Article 20, paragraph (1) of the Act for the Establishment of the Financial Services Agency (FSA), the Securities and Exchange Surveillance Commission (SESC) issued today a recommendation that the Prime Minister and the Commissioner of the FSA shall take administrative action against Deutsche Securities Inc.* (hereinafter referred to as "Company"). This recommendation is based on the findings of the inspection of the Company, whereby the following violations of the law and the ordinance by the Company were identified.

Official Of Dalian Commodity Exchange Agri-Product Department Explains Design Of Delivery Places For Fiberboard, Blockboard - Conforming To The Logistics Pattern In Designing The Delivery Places For The “Two Boards”
Lately, an official of the Agricultural Product Department of Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) said in an interview on the selection of the delivery places for the “two boards” that the warehouses in Guangdong Province are set as the standard warehouses and those in Tianjin, Zhejiang Province, and Jiangsu Province are set as the non-standard delivery places for fiberboard with the premium of RMB 5 per piece; the warehouses in Zhejiang and Jiangsu are set as the standard delivery warehouses for blockboard with the discount in Tianjin of RMB 10 per piece and that in Hebei Province, Shandong Province, and Guangdong Province of RMB 20 per piece. Such a design has taken full account of such factors as the deliverable amount, the logistics nodes, the circulation radiation capacity, and the representativeness of the price, so as to ensure the smooth operation of the delivery.
